Alessandro and I are back together again for my Milano fashion week diaries.

In this episode Elisa Nalin and I stop for a quick coffee at Victoria Cafe before the Antonio Marras show and catch up on the latest Italian fashion news. Our conversation touches on Biancamaria Gervasio's depature from Mila Schön and Alessandra Facchinetti's arrival as creative director at Tod's. For those of you who are not familiar with these ladies' work, Biancamaria is an award winning Italian designer whose work has been honored at AltaRoma and Nude. She started as an assistant to Mila Schön in 2003 and was promoted to Creative Director in 2007. Alessandra Facchinetti worked as a designer at Gucci before being named Creative Director at Valentino, after leaving the house she launched the highly innovative, user generated design project Uniqueness.
