Last week the highly esteemed French liquor and spirit house Cointreau invited Grazia.it to the 65th Edition of Cannes to cover the launch of a special edition Cointreau bottle by Alexis Mabille. The trip consisted of two days of fabulous fun-filled sushi lunches; fabulous cocktail hours, roof –top-terrace after parties; cocktail mixing lessons; and the most amazing, I’ll never forget it, screening of Lee Daniels' The Paper BoyThe experience was amazing! Can you imagine watching a film with its cast a few feet away from you? Nicole Kidman, Matthew McConaughey, Zac Efron, John Cusack, David Oyelowo and Macy Gray, I was totally star struck. To see my full story, head over to Grazia.it. To see some more pics of my looks:

For the screening of The Paper Boy I wore a Christopher Kane cocktail dress with Jimmy Choo Sandals and a Kookai minaudière. For day, I chose a Cos dress, Valentino hand-stitched lace espadrilles and Givenchy sandals.

One of the best combos during Paris fashion week. I'm crazy about the color palette; the way that the net sleeve brings out the barely visible grilled background on the camouflage parka; and the way the monochromatic waves and profile of the Christopher Kane liquid clutch blends the whole look together. When you see a look like this approaching from a far, you get a major adrenaline rush.
